Expression of Interest – Office Administrator
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced office administrators for upcoming opportunities based across Auckland. Ideally experienced administrative professionals who thrive in fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Managing daily office operations and administrative processes
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Liaising with external stakeholders, sub-contractors, technicians etc
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Fleet management
- Assist with day-to-day accounting AR, AP, bank recs
- Supporting management and staff with general administrative tasks
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and proactive attitude
