Expression of Interest – Office Administrator

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced office administrators for upcoming opportunities based across Auckland. Ideally experienced administrative professionals who thrive in fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting teams to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing daily office operations and administrative processes
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, sub-contractors, technicians etc
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Fleet management
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting AR, AP, bank recs
  • Supporting management and staff with general administrative tasks

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and proactive attitude
