Job Description

A well-established research organisation located in central Auckland is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team full-time.

About the role: 

This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported C-suite level management. In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Comprehensive diary management and coordination
  • Preparing reports and supporting documentation
  • Managing travel arrangements, bookings, and accommodation
  • Organising and coordinating company events
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Providing general ad hoc administrative support as require

About you: 

  • Previous PA/EA/Office Manager experience, minimum 4+ years
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Well-versed with Excel and other MS Suite products 
  • Professional with strong business acumen 
  • Great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
