A well-established research organisation located in central Auckland is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team full-time.
About the role:
This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported C-suite level management. In this role, you will be responsible for
- Comprehensive diary management and coordination
- Preparing reports and supporting documentation
- Managing travel arrangements, bookings, and accommodation
- Organising and coordinating company events
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently
- Providing general ad hoc administrative support as require
About you:
- Previous PA/EA/Office Manager experience, minimum 4+ years
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well-versed with Excel and other MS Suite products
- Professional with strong business acumen
- Great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
