Job Description

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're on the lookout for a Business Support Administrator to join a community services based organisation in Auckland CBD and support operations and organisational development teams. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive admin support, including managing venue supplies
  • Own the service booking process, ensuring timely scheduling and updates
  • Manage office operations, from vehicle fleet administration to organising supplies and events
  • Assist with HR processes and maintain confidentiality
  • Support website content updates and internal communications
  • Help streamline Health & Safety processes and maintain compliance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven admin experience, ideally in operations or sales support
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive, trustworthy team player with attention to detail
  • Experience in HR or Health & Safety is a bonus
