Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're on the lookout for a Business Support Administrator to join a community services based organisation in Auckland CBD and support operations and organisational development teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive admin support, including managing venue supplies
- Own the service booking process, ensuring timely scheduling and updates
- Manage office operations, from vehicle fleet administration to organising supplies and events
- Assist with HR processes and maintain confidentiality
- Support website content updates and internal communications
- Help streamline Health & Safety processes and maintain compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven admin experience, ideally in operations or sales support
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, trustworthy team player with attention to detail
- Experience in HR or Health & Safety is a bonus
