Job Description

A well-established and highly regarded organisation based in North Shore, Auckland, known for their ongoing commitment to supporting the local community is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant. Due to internal developments, they are currently seeking a part-time, experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and his family. This role involves managing both professional and personal schedules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

About the role: 

This is a varied and rewarding part-time 20 hours per week role suited to a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy PA. You will be responsible for managing both professional and personal schedules, coordinating travel, appointments, and events, and acting as a reliable point of contact for the CEO.

This is more than just a typical admin role – your ability to balance discretion with efficiency will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and personal engagements

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts on behalf of the CEO

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO and family

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • Organise events, family activities, and ad-hoc requests as required

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar PA or EA role, ideally supporting a senior executive

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Flexibility to manage both professional and personal support tasks
