We are currently seeking two Legal Administrators for two Fixed Term assignments with a bespoke government agency in Wellington CBD. If you are looking for a change of scenery and can provide top quality administrative support in the legal industry, then please reach out today!
The two assignments on offer each support a different team across a multitude of administrative functions to ensure successful delivery of their workloads.
- A fixed term, full time role until November 2025
- A fixed term full time role until June 2026
General duties will include:
- Preparing and delivering high quality administrative support services to your selected team and their managers
- Processing invoices, collaborating with Accounts Receivable and processing receipts
- Formatting and finalising court documents
- Document management and control
- Diary management for the wider team
- Building relationships with various stakeholders across the agency and externally
To be successful in these positions you will need:
- High level of experience providing administrative support (preferably in a legal environment)
- Strong and proven problem solving, relationship management and decision-making skills
- The ability to support a busy team through tight deadlines and multiple workloads
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced MS office skills
- Accurate typing, formatting and proof-reading capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to conduct testing on your office administration skills such as an MS Office Test
- The right to work in New Zealand
