Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join their modern workshop in Silverdale. In this role, you will work closely with the Workshop Manager, overseeing the repair and maintenance of a wide range of road construction equipment. Key responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, managing breakdowns, and coordinating parts and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily hands-on workshop operations
  • Ensuring workshop cleanliness and driving process improvements
  • Mentoring and supporting team development
  • Collaborating with the Workshop Manager to plan servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs
