We are seeking a skilled professional to join their modern workshop in Silverdale. In this role, you will work closely with the Workshop Manager, overseeing the repair and maintenance of a wide range of road construction equipment. Key responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, managing breakdowns, and coordinating parts and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily hands-on workshop operations
- Ensuring workshop cleanliness and driving process improvements
- Mentoring and supporting team development
- Collaborating with the Workshop Manager to plan servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs

What We're Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications in heavy automotive/diesel mechanics and experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Great communication and teamwork skills
