Are you an experienced finance professional looking to step into a dynamic leadership role? Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Manager to join their team immediately, overseeing financial operations across their New Zealand division.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the finance team in New Zealand, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage the creation of annual budgets and ongoing monthly financial forecasts for New Zealand operations.
- Compile and deliver monthly financial performance reports with actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Produce and present financial data and analyses for reports to the Board
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: 5+ years of finance-related work experience in New Zealand.
- Qualifications: CPA or CA
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the business.
