This organisation based in Waikato is well known for providing construction and maintenance services. Due to their busy operations, they are seeking a vibrant and motivated Contract Administrator to be part of their team.
About the role:
This is a full time, vital role would suit someone who enjoys being busy and variety. You will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the leaders, coordinating contracts, job costing, reporting, assisting with invoicing and general ad hoc duties.
About you:
- Similar contract administration experience 2+ years within construction/facilities -desirable
- Experience with general invoicing, transactional accounting
- Great attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Can do attitude, able to handle multiple tasks
- Well versed with MS Suite products
