We're on the lookout for a Business Support Administrator to join our client's team in Auckland CBD and support Operations and Organisational Development teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive admin support, including managing venue supplies.
  • Own the service booking process, ensuring timely scheduling and updates.
  • Manage office operations, from vehicle fleet administration to organising supplies and events.
  • Assist with HR processes and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support website content updates and internal communications.
  • Help streamline Health & Safety processes and maintain compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven admin experience, ideally in operations or sales support.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive, trustworthy team player with attention to detail.
  • Experience in HR or Health & Safety is a bonus.
