What You'll Do:

The sole charge Office Manager/Bookkeeper role is varied and encompasses all aspects of administrative support. The combination of these role requirements provides a varied, challenging and stimulating work environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Reconcile accounts and handle creditor batch payments.
  • Project monthly revenues and keep track of stock inventory.
  • Unleash your expertise in accounting software like Xero and WorkFlowmax to keep things running smoothly.
  • Liaise with the off-site accountant and handle other administrative tasks.
  • Process payroll, and ensure compliance with all necessary regulations.
  • Process all invoices, statements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist the operations and project managers.

Key Skills and Talents:

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy in handling financial documentation.
Proficient in using accounting software, particularly Xero and WorkFlowmax, or other similar platforms.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to identify and implement more efficient processes and systems.
Exhibit an open and collaborative working style, fostering strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and senior management.
Adapts well to working with a diverse range of people and working styles.
Performs effectively under pressure and meets critical deadlines.
Demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
