You will bring a skill set of payroll systems analytics, data extraction and report writing to the table. You will collaborate with a team of likeminded professionals and provide technical advice on the organisation’s payroll systems – Leader and Pay Global.

What you would be doing 

As the Payroll Systems Analyst, you will be doing the following:  

  • Collaborate with BAU and programme teams and work alongside various specialists in IT, payroll, HR and Finance.  
  • Conduct analytics, data extraction and report writing within MS office suite, Pay Global and Leader.  
  • Provide expert advice on your findings to involved stakeholders 
  • Assist in payroll system upgrades and maintenance 

 

 

Who are we looking for? 

We’re interested in hearing from people with two or more years’ experience as a Payroll Analyst, you must also have exposure various software tools such as Leader and Pay Global. Most importantly, we need enthusiastic professionals who are excellent communicators, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle workloads and deadlines without breaking a sweat. Ideally, you should have the following experience: 

  • Two or more years’ experience in payroll Analytics 
  • Previous experience in using systems such as Leader, Pay Global and MS Excel  
  • Solid comprehension of end-to-end payroll within a large environment 
  • Have competent knowledge of the holidays act, wages protection act, PAYE and ACC.
