What you would be doing 

We are looking for an experienced administrator who can juggle multiple workloads with tight deadlines who is wanting to add value to the backbone of our client's business model.

This role is responsible for processing the company’s sales data and to ensure their customers are set up swiftly with their new purchases in record timing. We are looking for an expert in document control with a high level of attention to detail who has an analytical mindset coupled with a pro-active approach.

You will be expected to do the following: 

  • Process new sales data on customer purchases on a daily basis
  • Conduct inventory and sales reporting for finance and sales team
  • Monitor and report on stock levels and conduct monthly stock reconciliations
  • Process new owner information with national government agencies
  • Achieve daily document control targets to align with industry reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and finance team on adhoc administrative tasks

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a experienced administrator who can confidently tackle multiple high-volume workloads to support the wider sales and finance team with sale data and purchaser onboarding.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • at least 3 years of fast paced administration experience
  • Keen eye for detail with an inquisitive mindset
  • The ability to process between 10 -15 new purchaser profiles a day
  • Have a basic comprehension of transactional accounting
  • Strong MS Office suite experience, specifically MS Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
