Typical Responsibilities May Include:

Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processing

Bank reconciliations and daily cash allocations

Assisting with month end reporting and journal entries

Data entry and invoice management
-
Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
-
Supporting wider finance and admin teams
-
Liaising with suppliers, customers, or internal departments
-
General accounts administration and support duties
Key Skills & Attributes:
-
Previous experience in a similar Assistant Accountant, AP/AR, Finance Admin or Accounts Support role

A strong eye for detail and accuracy
-
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
-
Comfortable working in fast paced or high volume environments
-
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
-
A can do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Business are a plus, but not essential
