We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our client's dynamic Wellington based team. As part of the facilities Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the wider function.

About the role: 
It’s a facilities administrative role with a highly regarded blue collar company who are looking for an up-and-coming professional who is hungry to accelerate their career and growth with one of NZ’s most successful businesses!  This is a full-time permanent role. Your day will be super busy and filled with juggling multiple tasks.

  • Provide full administrative support to the Facilities and Maintenance team
  • Finance administration including processing invoices, tracking expenses
  • Inbox Monitoring, responding to queries
  • Maintain accurate documentation for facility operations
  • Drafting Minutes and other documents

 

About you:

  • Strong and proactive communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Technically savvy with intermediate to advanced Office Suite skills
  • A genuine can-do attitude and practical approach

 

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a small/medium to large business
  • Experience in finance administration – ideally accounts payables
  • Eye for detail and quality - great problem solver
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, internally and externally
