The Role:

You'll be instrumental in analysing and delivering insights across various domains, shaping remarkable experiences for their customers. Your objective will be to advocate for the strategic use of data and insights, igniting innovation and facilitating impactful decision-making throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop captivating, insightful reports in Power BI to enhance business performance.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various sources, empowering stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making, guiding stakeholders on their journey towards analytical maturity.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of advanced analytics and modelling opportunities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deploy new and enhanced data solutions seamlessly.
• Ensure the integrity and performance of the analytical and reporting environments.
• Assist the Head of Data and Insights in effective data management and governance.
• Support the Data Team in driving strategic initiatives to elevate data literacy and analytical prowess.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation across the data landscape.
• Stay abreast of emerging BI technologies, contributing to the evolution of our data strategy.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven track record in designing and building reports and visualizations using enterprise reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, OLAP, SSRS).
• Expertise in SQL.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft BI stack, including SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated initiative and innovation in driving data-driven initiatives.
• Strong storytelling abilities, capable of crafting and delivering compelling data narratives.
