This well-established Legal firm based in central Auckland, is seeking a Trust Accounts Administrator to be a part of their close-knit team and support the Trust Accounts Lead.
About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust Accounts Administrator. This role combines transactional account management with administrative duties, with a primary focus on delivering optimal financial solutions to their Trust Account Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular trust account reconciliation
- Process fund transfers and manage trust account disbursements
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Order and process relevant financial and legal documentation
- Assist in preparing information for client tax returns
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting as required
- Provide general administrative support related to trust accounts
About you:
- Similar 1-2 years trust accounting/admin experience - well versed with NZ trust accounting practices, compliance, and legislation
- Intermediate to advanced user of Excel and other MS Suite products
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Analytical and motivated
- Team player
