This well established organisation is well known for providing HVAC solutions. Due to their busy operations they are seeking a versatile hands on Service Coordinator to be a part of their team.
About the role:
This is a full time busy opportunity. Primary focus of the role is to coordinate end to end services, maintenance jobs. You will be responsible for being first point of contact for service/breakdowns issues called in, liaising with the engineers and service technicians, quotes, invoicing, site visits, provide technical advice, heath and safety, ensuring the company meets compliance and other regulations and other general administrative duties.
About you:
- Previous 3-4 Service Coordinator/Admin experience within similar industry - HVAC an advantage
- Tech savvy, Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Hands on motivated, has worked on the tools
- Able to problem solve and multitask
