My client is a well-established professional organisation in the Architecture and Design industry. They are seeking a proactive Senior Accounts Administrator with strong financial literacy.
About the Role:
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll provide administrative and financial support, assist the membership team, and engage directly with members. You’ll need to be highly organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance & Accounting Support – Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll processing.
- Membership Support – Engage with members, manage inquiries, assist with renewals, and ensure smooth membership processes.
- Administration & Office Coordination – Maintain office systems, coordinate meetings, and manage suppliers.
- Data & Reporting – Use MS Excel for data management, reporting, and financial tracking.
- General Support – Provide assistance to senior management and team members across various projects.
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior administration role.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in accounts support and payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- A hands-on, adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with payroll or financial systems is an advantage.
