This NZ owned company based in South Auckland is seeking a versatile hands-on Accountant to be part of their their well established progressive business. 

About the role: 

This is a full time permanent, multi- faceted role. It would suit someone, who has a strong business acumen and enjoys working on full set of accounts and has led process change projects. The role comprises of transactional accounting, formulating the cash flow model, budgeting/forecasting, preparing financial statements, credit control, calculation of taxes, GST and income management. You will be working closely with the Manager around the financial and operational aspects of the company. 

About you: 

• Previous similar commercial accounting experience ideally 3+ years 
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills,
• Business partnering skills
• Strong business acumen, able to prepare management reports 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
