The Role:

As the Office & Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting CEO, GM and Executive Team while overseeing various crucial areas. From providing executive-level assistance to driving sales, marketing, communications, and office management, your organizational finesse will keep our operations thriving.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive-level support to the CEO/MD and Executive Team, including document drafting, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers on sales activities, including proposal drafting.
  • Manage events such as conferences, social gatherings, and workshops.
  • Work alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager to maintain social media accounts, update the website, and coordinate digital marketing efforts.
  • Ensure the Auckland office maintains a high standard of presentation, safety, and functionality.
  • Support People and Culture initiatives, including Health and Safety, Recruitment, and Engagement activities.
  • Lead specific projects as assigned.

 

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, showcasing your exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, making you an administrative wizard.
  • Strong communication abilities, enabling interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • A knack for building positive relationships with various parties.
  • A process-driven mindset allows you to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • An innate desire to evolve and potentially delve into Marketing or People and Culture expertise.
