We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Principal. The ideal candidate will be a master at multi-tasking, an expert at managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Principal's calendar efficiently, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and excellent communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Principal.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
  • Assist in planning and executing school events, including board meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and special ceremonies.
  • Accurately maintain records and files, including student records and administrative documents.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the Principal in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with other business support staff to ensure seamless school operations.

About You:

  • Bring a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in a senior executive support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an educational setting is a bonus.
