Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Manager – Engagement & Development will play a critical role in enhancing member value, delivering impactful educational programmes, and strengthening industry and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategies to grow and retain sponsorships and partnerships that align with organisational goals.

Oversee the delivery and promotion of professional development programmes on current and emerging issues.

Develop marketing and engagement campaigns that reinforce member value and brand positioning.

Collaborate with the wider team to deliver targeted events and conferences.

Support regional branches and stakeholders with resources that align with the organisation’s strategic goals.

Provide leadership to the Membership Services Lead and foster a high-performance culture.

Monitor and measure sponsorship effectiveness and development outcomes.

Champion the professional interests and public contribution of members.
