Are you an experienced Accounts & Bookkeeping professional? Our client, a leading provider of economic analysis and advisory services, is seeking a skilled finance specialist to manage their bookkeeping and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and finance functions

• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Handle GST, FBT, PAYE, and other tax filings

• Accurately record trading activity and manage cash flow

• Oversee intercompany transactions

• Prepare for and assist with two annual audits

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices

• Proficiency in Xero, payroll systems, and MS Excel

• High level of integrity, trust, and discretion

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
