Job Description

Our Client is a Industry leading financial services company committed to helping their clients achieve the best possible outcomes by providing independent Financial advice.

As a Mortgage Adviser, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice, and ensuring they secure the best financing options.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products from our extensive panel of lenders
  • Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, accountants, property managers and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Educate clients on mortgage terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan application process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Level 5 NZ Certificate in Financial Services.
  • Rights to work in New Zealand.
