Purpose:
Provide Residential Lending financial advice to clients while ensuring full compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial advice using our unique wealth creation model.
• Record client interactions and manage loan applications via the Infinity CRM system.
• Collaborate with loan writing and customer service teams.
• Introduce Property Investment and Insurance Advisers where appropriate.
• Oversee Fixed Rate and Anniversary reviews.
• Build and nurture client relationships with a strong focus on duty of care.
• Develop networks and referral relationships to enhance lead generation.
• Stay updated with ongoing CPD requirements and industry regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies, legislation, and health and safety standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Property, or a related field.
• NZ Certificate Level 5 – Residential Lending (ESSENTIAL)
• At least two years’ experience in residential lending advisory
