What you would be doing
You will report into the Chief Operations Officer / CEO and provide in depth financial guidance towards the Wellington based and New Zealand wide operation from a ground up prospective. You will have the opportunity to manage and lead a successful team of dedicated finance professionals who will support you as you continue to drive the business forwards.
You will be expected to do the following:
- Report into the C.O.O and CEO
- Lead a close knit team of accounting experts
- Budget management and commentary
- Cashflow forecasting and analysis
- Financial modelling and insights
- Inventory management and stock reporting
- General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Monitoring AP / AR and credit control
- Month and year end processes
Who are we looking for?
We’re interested in hearing from people with three or more years’ experience as a finance manager but more importantly, we need professionals who have current experience within either supply chain, logistics, retail, or manufacturing industries from a senior finance perspective.
You must have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle workloads and deadlines without breaking a sweat. Advanced MS Excel, ERP system experience and a C.A / CPA qualification would be highly beneficial.

- Defined management accounting experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to win over stakeholders swiftly
- Significant ERP system experience
- CA, CPA or CIMA certification
