General duties include: 

  • End to end accounts receivables
  • Bank statements and reconciliations 
  • Monitor and manage ongoing debtor portfolio
  • Maintain creditor files and related transactions
  • New customer account generations 
  • Assist with month and year end processes 
  • Adhoc support to Accounting Manager

 

To be successful in this role you should have the following experience: 

  • 2 - 3 years of end-to-end accounts receivables experience 
  • Previous experience within a medium sized business, managing a high volume of payment and invoicing processes
  • Knowledge of foreign currency payments, specifically AUD
  • Solid MS Excel capabilities and exposure to Oracle NetSuite or a similar FMIS
  • Exceptional communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and without supervision
  • NZ residency or Citizenship
