Job Description
This organisation based in central Auckland is well known for distributing wide range of tools and other building supplies to both commercial and residential sector. Due to internal requirements they are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to be a part of their team and assist with the AR and Credit Control.
About the role:
Please note this a short term fixed term contract, immediate start till November 2025. You will be responsible for day to day AR administrative tasks, processing credit applications, allocating customer payments, supporting the credit manager with aged debts/write offs, reconciliation, invoices, reporting and other ad hoc tasks assigned.
About you:
- Previous New Zealand AR/CC experience ideally 2+ years
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Team player and resilient
