What you will be doing   

As an inventory analyst you will oversee the supply and distribution of bulk LPG across New Zealand, ensuring system maintenance process adherence and to company standard.

You will be collaborating closely with the LPG team, various supplier and contractors.  A willingness to continuously enhance the company’s operational efficiency and safety is a must.

This role offers plenty of growth opportunities and a chance to work in a niche environment with some exceedingly sharp peers who collaborate to deliver top tier results.

 

You will be expected to do the following:    

  • Build and maintain various costing models via MS Excel.
  • Maintain accurate budgeting, forecasting and costing requirements
  • Ensure business models are in line with best practice, robust logic and business drivers
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel to a macro level
  • Implement new computer systems for the S&D team
  • Monitor and monitor the tanker fleet on a monthly basis for H&S compliance.
  • Liaise closely with external suppliers to identify areas for improvement

 

Who are we looking for?   

I aminterested in hearing from people with current experience in analytics within the supply chain, logistics or inventory industry.

This role is ideal for an experienced Analyst at a senior level with solid experience and skills in forecasting, modelling and reporting, budgeting and contract management.  The ideal candidate should be able to add value to their stakeholders via simplified insights and guidance around complex data for streamlined business performance.  

You must have exposure to inventory or logistics environments within the capacity of detailed analytics to be successful in this role.
