Qualifications:
- Legal Executive with 3+ Years' Experience: Solid foundation in corporate law, particularly in corporate sales transactions OR 2-3 years or more (PQE) gained in another in-house role or through private practice with general commercial law experience.
- Drafting Experience: Proficient in crafting commercial and real estate agreements.
- Real Estate Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with regulatory matters in real estate transactions is advantageous.
