The Role:

You are a proactive and solution-driven individual with a passion for staying at the forefront of web development trends. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership responsibilities.

As a Senior Developer, you'll lead end-to-end development projects while also managing a team of developers, fostering their growth and ensuring project success.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in WordPress Development (PHP)
• Experience with Next.js, .Net Core, and modern JS build tools.
• Expertise with MySQL/MariaDB, Linux, HTML, CSS 
• Ability to lead a team including code reviews while working closely with clients.
• Any experience with Tailwind, CPanel, or Headless would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work swiftly with the wider team.
