This NZ owned company based in South Auckland is a well known distributor of consumer goods. Due to internal changes they are looking for a versatile, hands on Management Accountant to be a part of their well established progressive business. 

About the role: 

This is a full time permanent, multi- faceted role. It would suit someone, who has a strong business acumen and enjoys working on full set of accounts and has led process change projects. The role comprises of transactional accounting, formulating the cash flow model - product costing, rebates and discounts, preparing financial statements, credit control, calculation of taxes, GST and income management. You will be working closely with the finance lead around the financial and operational aspects of the company. 

About you: 

• Relevant qualifications CA, CPA - a must 
• Previous similar NZ experience in wholesale, FMCG, retail- desirable 
• Proven knowledge of management accounting, financial analysis 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to mentor
