SCHEDULE B POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: National Digital Manager
Location: New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty (NZSIR) Queenstown
Reporting To: National Marketing Manager
Key Position Objectives
Grow NZSIR’s digital brand through the development of results based digital activity and products that enhance the NZSIR consumer brand experience, both in qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Development and implementation of NZSIR’s digital strategy and budget, including any testing strategies as required
• Drive brand promotion and campaign activations via digital marketing channels in domestic and international markets
• Manage agency relationships (Search Republic) including briefing, budgets and reporting expectations
• Foster digital innovations for the NZSIR brand and new capabilities; continuous improvement of systems and products, utilising market intelligence and all communications from SIR global
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our digital presence; focus on lead nurturing and customer journey and SEO optimisation
• Instigate and complete all agreed reporting, monthly, quarterly, annually and otherwise as required
• Understanding of NZSIR / SIR profile in local/national marketplace and proactively keeping up-to- date on property marketing mediums including being the Gatekeeper for marketing compliance.
• Interpret market research findings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to shape business strategies.
• Present strategic plans and initiatives to senior internal stakeholders during strategy sessions,
effectively communicating insights and recommendations to guide decision-making processes.
Internal Relationships
Liaison with:
• Management, Franchise marketing leads, and staff within NZSIR
External Relationships
Liaison with:
• Global SIR marketing contacts
• Digital creative partners
• Media & distribution houses/advertising agencies
Key Accountabilities
• Management and implementation of all digital and social media campaigns across the business.
• Content delivery and execution of new campaigns to align with the company brand strategy and completion analysis across each campaign.
• Digital and social performance reviews across platforms that can be used to present back to management and sales teams.
• Manage any new implementations i.e. new website and associated SEO.
• Ensure the NZSIR brand is compliant across all media platforms and marketing functions for all offices within the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty network.
• Track, measure, and analyse to report on overall digital performance and trends
• Mentor other members of the team in understanding digital marketing.
• Implementation of all available digital property & profiling platforms
• NZSIR CMS website management,
• Coordination of LUX Rentals strategy and execution with digital agency (SR)
• Facilitate NZSIR bi-monthly Induction Program, introducing new joiners to the digital landscape and essential business tools.

• Increase brand awareness in all appropriate markets and channels.
• Manage company and BRE regional marketing strategies and budgets as they relate to the digital and social space.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of online / digital advertising technologies and experience of running digital marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, social display, keyword search).
• Ability to understand and analyse online data and trends.
• First-to-market mind frame, think innovatively and put forward new digital ideas.
• Understanding of the NZ and international real estate landscape and be able to tailor appropriate digital strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and methodical with strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Able to respond well under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.
• Well-presented with a professional manner.
• Team-focussed attitude. It is expected that further accountabilities and duties may attach to the role.
