Are you a methodical and pragmatic bookkeeper with a proven track record? We
are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day finance and
bookkeeping functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across
multiple business types and international entities.
About the role
In this key role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of bookkeeping and
finance functions, ensuring the smooth operations across multiple business
entities. Work closely with the directors, providing accurate financial reporting and
insights to support decision making.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and bookkeeping functions
Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
AP and AR
Prepare and file GST, FBT, PAYE and other tax related tasks
Accurately record trading activity
Manage cashflow requirements
Manage intercompany transactions
Prepare for and assist in 2 annual audits
To succeed in this role you must have:
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong and demonstratable understanding of accounting principles and
practices
Proficiency with accounting software, payroll software, excel
High level of trustworthiness and discretion
Strong attention to detail
