Within the call centre space, you will normally be expected to do the following duties:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Ability to take ownership of customer requests and achieve first call resolution
- Document outcomes of phone calls using our client’s CRM systems and databases
- Experience with phone and email communications with a variety of clients
A bit about you
We are looking for experienced Call Centre Representatives who have a can-do positive attitude. Someone who is happy to work collaboratively and effectively with all staff to provide the best service and add value to clients.
Ideally, you will have the following experience:
- A professional, positive attitude and a strong customer focus
- A quick learner who can navigate resources quickly and absorb information to it’s fullest
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate your critical thinking skills i.e. Problem solving, use of judgement
- Ability to navigate various CRM systems
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills and the ability to pick up new systems and master them with ease
- Have high attention to detail and work with accuracy
- Be a collegial team player
