This not for profit organisation based in South Auckland is a well known for providing social services. Due to internal requirements they are seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative - Outbound calling to be part of their team.
About the role:
This is a part time temporary role. Hours of work Tuesday to Thursday from 10am - 3pm. The primary focus of this role is to maintain relationships with existing customers and outreach to new customers. In addition you will manage orders through online portals, stock control, follow up on existing orders and, assisting with their accounts, credit and after sales and other administrative tasks.
About you:
- Previous New Zealand phone based customer services -outbound experience within retail, non profit organisations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail, able to update and maintain the database
- Personable, can do attitude
