This organisation based in Auckland city fringe area specialises in building products for commercial sector. Due to current demands of the business, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to be part of their close knit team.
About the role:
This is full time, multi faceted role and would suit someone with strong accounting and administrative skills. You will responsible for AR/AP, debt management, month end reporting, payroll, reconciliation and other general administrative tasks. Overall you will be playing a pivotal role in the company organising and coordinating everything.
- Similar accounts administration experience ideally 3+ years
- Advanced Excel user, comfortable with vlookups, pivot tables
- Strong aptitude for AR/debt management - a bonus
- Acknowledged with NZ payroll legislation - PAYE, holiday pay, statutory days calculations
- Motivated with a can do attitude
