This organisation based in central Auckland is remarkably known for providing healthcare nationwide. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Scheduler to be a part of their fun loving team.
About the role:
This is a full time permanent inbound customer service role. It reports to the Operations Manager. You will be actively engaging with clients over the phone, understanding their needs, scheduling appointments and resolving any queries.
Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday 6.00am - 2.30pm
Please note this is a fixed shift.
- Phone based customer service experience 2+ years desirable
- Excellent phone manner - able to build a rapport
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multi task and can work under pressure with a smile
