Our client is remarkably known for providing home care support services nationwide. They are currently seeking to employ an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Scheduler to be a part of their busy team.
About the role:
This is a full time permanent role based in city fringes, reports to the Operations Manager.
This is a 5 day week role - including 4 week days and 1 weekend.
Shifts available 6:00am - 2.30pm / 8:00am - 5.00pm / 12.30pm - 9.00pm
Please note these are fixed shifts.
- 2-3 years customer service/scheduling experience in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Problem solver , can work under pressure with a smile
