Job Description

Our client, located on the beautiful sunny Northshore, is a well established and diversified investment company. Reporting to the Owner/Managing Director we wish to appoint an Executive Assistant extrodinaire!

About the role: 

This is a busy full time administrative role, supporting the Owner with daily general administration, dairy management, travel arrangements, and managing their wide fleet of vehicles. 

About you: 

This role will suit someone who has: 

  • Proven 3-5 years+ EA/PA experience  
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative skills
  • Highly organised, energetic and can work under pressure 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Clean and full NZ driver's license - a must 
  • Excellent communication skills
