Here’s what you’d be doing
As the Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be providing exceptional customer support by responding to calls in a timely manner, processing new and updating existing claims and amending customer information. You’ll also be expected to control and maintain office systems and procedures and work alongside the Account Management team to ensure the business provides an exceptional broking service whilst reaching KPIs. In additional to customer and administrative support, you’ll also be expected to prepare and communicate monthly client reporting, assist with project work and preparation of insurance documents and invoices, and provide systems training when appropriate.
