Due to internal requirements they are keen to add an experienced and versatile Executive Assistant who will actively provide organisational and administrative support to the CEO.
About the role:
This is a full time, busy role and would suit someone who enjoys pace in life. You will be responsible for:
- Overall administrative support to the CEO
- Diary management, reporting, bookings and accommodation, travel arrangements
- Organising company events as required
- Maintaining records, following policies and procedures
- Keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
- Assisting with general ad hoc administrative tasks
About You :
- Previous EA minimum 4-5 years in a busy commercial environment -warehouse/distribution/transport/freight - desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well-versed with Excel and other MS Suite products
- Professional with strong business acumen
- Great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
