Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced and versatile Senior Executive Assistant to be a part of their progressive business and provide high level executive support to their regional department Lead. 

About the role: 

This is full time busy office based influential role, requiring absolute discretion, foresight, and a high-level coordination. This is more than a traditional EA position. You will be an essential support partner to the Lead, ensuring smooth operations across their portfolio of business interests. From calendar management and meeting preparation to liaising with key stakeholders and clients, you will manage sensitive information and play a vital role in enabling strategic focus and business efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end executive support, including proactive calendar and schedule management across the region
• Preparing briefs, meeting notes, and follow-ups for internal and external engagements
• Managing confidential correspondence and acting as a point of contact 
• Coordinating travel, monitoring industry developments, and assisting with investor or client relationship tracking
• Overseeing administration related to trusts, investments, and associated entities
• Assisting with ad hoc projects to ensure smooth executive office operations

About you: 

You will bring a global mindset, professional approach, and have experience supporting high-level executives, ideally within financial services, private investments or other professional set ups.  You will be confident managing shifting priorities, thrive in a role with complexity, and have a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven EA experience supporting senior leadership
• Ideally a tertiary qualification 
• Tech savvy and comfortable with modern AI, Power BI tools - essential
• Experience navigating highly confidential information and complex organisational structures
• Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
• A calm, composed, and professional demeanour under pressure
• The ability to balance flexibility with reliability, including responsiveness after hours when required

You will be an essential support to the senior advisor ensuring smooth operations across the administrative side and managing client accounts. From maintaining focal point for client engagement, communication and meeting preparation to liaising with key stakeholders, you will manage sensitive information and play a vital role in enabling strategic focus and business efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage client documents in adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
• Handle client communications, enquiries, calls, messages, and mail-outs while providing professional front-desk support
• Assist with client meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and ongoing service requirements
• Maintained accurate client records and update information 
• Provide adhoc administrative support to the advisory team 
• Attend branch meetings, trainings
