This is a great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor. It is a busy and varied role where you will be required to have a decent amount of experience to be able to hit the ground running with immediate effect. You will be familiar with HR Reporting, budgeting, supporting a busy HR Manager and providing HR advice and support across the organisation.
This is an intermediate level HR Advisor position so you need to have some broad HR experience but also strong administrative skills to support the BAU processes.
Business partnering skills, reporting expertise and working within a large organisation will all be beneficial to you as will advanced communication skills. Recruitment, on-boarding of new staff, employment documentation as well as performance management responsibilities will be included your day to day involvement.
We are looking for someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved at all levels of support from working with the wider business regarding involved HR issues to General HR administration if so we want to hear from you today.
