About The Role
This role is crucial to the business - you will be responsible for all administration requirements in relation to client wishes regarding any changes and updates to their mortgages, insurance and investments.
You will proactively manage existing client relationships, review policies and provide appropriate guidance to client needs, and work closely with the sales team by passing on any opportunities to them.
As a result of the requirements of this role, you will be put through appropriate training and certification at the cost of the business.
Skills and Experience
Ideally, you will come from a Financial Services background and genuinely enjoy people.
