What you would be doing

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for most customers and could be doing any of the following:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and providing refreshments
  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Maintaining stock
  • Ordering stationary 
  • Keeping the reception area presentable and tidy
  • Meeting room booking management/ meeting room set up
  • Filing and archiving
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Assist with the effective running of the office day to day

 

What’s next?

Ideally, you will have previous experience on reception. More importantly, you’d have strong relationship building skills, be adaptable to a variety of situations and embrace diversity. We’re looking for professionals who are excellent communicators, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle workloads and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
