What you would be doing
As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for most customers and could be doing any of the following:
- Meeting and greeting clients and providing refreshments
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Maintaining stock
- Ordering stationary
- Keeping the reception area presentable and tidy
- Meeting room booking management/ meeting room set up
- Filing and archiving
- Ad hoc administration
- Assist with the effective running of the office day to day
Who are we looking for?
We’re interested in hearing from people with one or more years’ experience as a Receptionist but more importantly, we need professionals who are excellent communicators, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle workloads and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
