About the role
Working in a close-knit team you will be part of the early collections function. You will be in charge of managing your own portfolio, ensuring that you are building a relationship with your customers. You will be a decision maker and have the flexibility to get creative with discounts and payment plans.
Skills and experience
You will be people driven and motivated, with experience in relationship management. 1-2 years experience in credit control is essential. You will need to be empathetic, switched on and resilient. The focus is on the customers so you will need to be comfortable working with them and building trust. Experience in account or portfolio management is ideal.
